Starting my career as a shooting producer I worked freelance on large scale adverts for brands like Sainsburys & Tesco whilst working with local communties and small business to lead marketing and promotional campaigns.
In 2017 I joined global heritage brand Hornby Hobbies which includes well known brands such as Hornby, Scalextric and Airfix. During this time I have lead the creative strategy for the business developing an in house Creative Studio working across multiple brands and teams.
Increasing reach and subscribers across the brands YouTube channels, streamlining efficiency for product photography and video content and introducing new ways of working for the in house creative whilst consistently reach ROAS of over 600% on all creative assets.
As Head of Creative Content and Advertising I have lead on large scale creative projects project managing broadcast commercials, ATL & BTL advertising, ideation and creative strategy for all major brands and licensing partners including Universal, Warner Bros and James Bond as well as well known brands like Ford, Jaguar, BMW and Lamborghini.
I have also lead the implementation of an all new DAM system for Creative assets streamlining delivery both internally and externally to agencies, partners and retailers.
